- Sealed Packaging: The original packaging must remain unopened and sealed.
- Complete Package: Ensure that the package includes all original items, such as price tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product and request an exchange, you will be responsible for all delivery and return fees associated with the exchange.
